Tentoonstelling Poolse Kunstenaars in Nederland

De schitterende omgeving van het Kasteel Rhoon, Dorpsdijk 63, 3161 KD Rhoon, vormt nu de achtergrond voor de derde expositie van Poolse kunstenaars in Nederland. Na Capelle a/d IJssel (2012) en Spijkenisse (2016),
Zesentwintig werken van 10 zeer van elkaar verschillende artiesten, als het gaat om emotie, temperament en materiaalgebruik. Schilderijen in olie- en acrylverf; grafische werken, voornamelijk linosnede; textiel; collages en fotografie. Onder andere een elegante driedimensionale applicatie in retrostijl van Iśka Jarnicka, delicate collages op handgeschept papier van Maria Diduch waarin de kleuren subliem op elkaar zijn afgestemd en linosneden van Michalina Małolepsza die een magische sfeer uitademen.
Psychologische portretten in Art Nouveau - stijl van Bożena Dusseau-Łabędź,
surrealistische sciencefiction schilderijen met diepe existentialistische lading ,van Jana Sikora en vele andere werken die goed in het Europese klimaat passen met een tintje Poolse melancholie en finesse.
Initiatiefnemers voor deze expositie zijn de Pools-Nederlandse Kulturele Vereniging en de Stichting Het Kastel van Rhoon.
De expositie is te bezichtigen vanaf 7 t/m 28 oktober 2018, elke zaterdag , woensdag en zondag, van 14.00 tot 17.00 uur.

•Zondag 7-10- 2018, 14.00 uur. Opening.
Introductie over Poolse visuele kunst met muzikale omlijsting door twee Poolse artiesten.
•Zaterdag 13-10-2018, 16.00 uur.
Ewa Muszyńska, lezing (Pools, Nederlands),: “Zbigniew Herbert over Hollandse meesters”, een van de grootste Poolse dichters doet een ontdekkingsreis door Nederland.
•Zondag 14-10-2018, 16.00 uur.
Elżbieta Tyc (zang) en Maria Bosma-Drapacka (piano): “Poolse volksliederen”
•Zondag 21-10-2018, 16.00 uur .
Anna Pisula-Mandziej lezing (Engels): “The world is my atelier”, over de kunst van buitenfotografie.
•Zondag 28-10-2018, 16.00 uur. Afsluiting.
Anka Kozieł, top jazz vocaliste, zing Poolse jazz.
De Ambassade RP in Den Haag verleent haar mecenaat aan deze tentoonstelling.

Between 5 and 7 May 2017, my dearest friend, Bożena Dusseau Łabędź, will be exhibiting her truly superb paintings at the
5th ELDORADE Art Fair in Bloemendaal, The Netherlands. To be even more precise, her works will be shown in the "Koningsbosch
Room".
Whoever is there, or, close to there during that time, should go. I consider Bożena's portrait paintings to have already achieved
world-class, timeless quality. Such colossal talents as hers often remain unnoticed and, consequently, unknown in our world of rapid
emotional and intellectual deterioration, but those of us who still feel, think and are capable of aesthetical reflection will always
appreciate her magical artistry, or, the artistry of her magic.
